How to Order, Payment and Shipping
- Send me an email which painting you would like to buy and its size and price so that the correct painting is identified and to make sure that the painting is available. Send the email to suwanneesabai@hotmail.com Also send me your phone number and the address to where you want me to send the painting.
- I will confirm if the painting is available I will also tell you the price of the painting plus shipping costs by DHL and insurance costs.
- If everything is confirmed, then you can transfer the payment to my bank account and notify me by email of that fact and include the name of your bank so that I can identify the payment.
- After payment is confirmed, I will remove the painting from the stretching frame, roll it carefully and cover it with paper and plastic and then put it in a hard paper tubing. I will have it shipped to your address by DHL.
- If your painting is damaged upon arrival due to faulty shipping, you must notify me within two days of that fact. You may then return it to me in the same condition and I will refund you the money plus shipping and insurance costs.
6. Except for paintings damaged during shipping, all sales are final for paintings that cost less than $1,000 US$ exclusive of shipping and insurance costs.
